ProfilePay provides digital services including personalized UPI payment links, downloadable QR codes, customizable public profile pages, and premium software features. All services are delivered electronically through your web browser at profilepay.in.
2. Delivery of Free Services
Upon successful account registration, the following services are delivered instantly and automatically:
- Your unique public profile page at profilepay.in/yourname.
- A functional UPI payment link that opens the payer's preferred UPI app.
- A downloadable high-resolution QR code for your UPI ID.
- Access to the profile editor dashboard to customize your page.
- Access to preset tip jar amounts and basic profile customization.
No shipping is involved. All features are accessible immediately via your browser after signing up.
3. Delivery of Premium Subscription Features
When you purchase a ProfilePay Pro subscription, premium features are activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation from our billing partner (Razorpay). There is no waiting period, shipping time, or manual activation required.
Premium features delivered digitally include:
- Premium themes and advanced profile customization options.
- Custom button styles and font selections.
- Advanced analytics and payment insights.
- Priority customer support.
- Any other features designated as "Pro" on our pricing page.
4. Delivery Timeline
All digital services and features are delivered in real-time:
- Free account features: Immediately upon registration (within seconds).
- Pro subscription features: Immediately upon successful payment confirmation (typically within 1–2 minutes).
- QR code generation: Instantly generated and available for download from your dashboard.
In the unlikely event that your Pro features are not activated within 15 minutes of successful payment, please contact us at support@profilepay.in with your Razorpay Order ID.
5. Service Availability
ProfilePay is accessible 24/7 via any modern web browser on desktop and mobile devices with an active internet connection. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability due to factors such as:
- Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated in advance via email).
- Third-party infrastructure outages (hosting, database, CDN).
- Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
